A MUST READ FOR ALL TIJANIYYAH BRETHRENS
JUSTICE FOR DAILY
CONGREGATION WASHIFA AND REFORMATION OF TIJANIYYAH ZAAWIAS.
WASHIFA is a daily compulsory congregation litany prayer for all Tijaniyyah brethrens in their respective ZAAWIA.
But it is saddened، this daily compulsory congregation Washifa has became something of history in the daily routine of many Tijaniyyah brethrens,and even many ZAAWIAS are not functioning unless on Friday for zikr jummuha.
Of course we might be claiming we are doing our Washifa everyday but is it in congregation as MAOLANA SHEIKH IBRAHIM NIASSE prescribed it for us???
Let us asked ourselves a question "when last have we been able to do WASIFAH in congregation for 30 consecutive days, but we go to our individual working places for 365 consecutive days"
Probably we don't know the implications of what BAYE NIASSE said concerning this.
I will like to enumerate some of what BAYE NIASSE said concerning congregation Washifa in book of Jawahir- rasail these are as follow;
وعليكم بقراءة الوظيفة مع الإخوان،فمن تركها منكم مرة واحدة بعد وصول كتابنا فنحن براء منه وليس منا ولسنا منه
(1)Baye niasse said, it's obligatory on you to recite Washifa with brethrens in congregation,whosoever among you leave congregation Washifa one time after my message has reached him,I don't have anything to do with him,is not my mureed am not his sheikh.
وكذا الاجتماع للوظيفة مع الإخوان وشرطها الجماعة،ومن تركها أو تركها مع الجماعة فقد انقطاع عن الطريقه والعياذ بالله تعالى
(2)Again BAYE said, recitation of Washifa should be in congregation that is the only condition,whosoever leave Washifa or failed to do it in congregation,he has cut off from TORIQA TIJANIYYAH,may Allah protect us from such.
والاوراد اللازمة الطريقه،وتاكدت الوظيفة، وشرطها الجماعة،فمن فعلها بنفسه مع إمكان الجماعة لم تكفه،وبها قوام التجانية للمرء ،فمن لم يحفظ ما ذكر فليس بتجاني
(3)Baye also said,all the litanies of Tijaniyyah disciples should be seriously concentrated on, most especially daily congregation Washifa, whosoever have opportunity to recite Washifa in congregation but decide to recite it alone it's not acceptable by him, because Washifa is the mitochondrion(power house) of Tijaniyyah brethren, whoever failed to stick to this is not a Tijaniyyah.
والوظيفة من باب احرى لأنها لازمة ليست تطوعاً،وشرطها الجماعة فمن فعلها وحده كأن لم يفعلها
( 4)Also Washifa in other way round, it's compulsory not a voluntary and it's condition is strictly obligatory.Whoever do it alone is like someone who didn't do it at all.
وعليكم بالإجتماع للوظيفة كل مساء،لان الوظيفة الجماعة شرط فيها لمن وجد الإخوان غير معذور.التزامها جماعة بضمان مولانا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لأنها لا تترك من ذنوب من حضرها شاذة أو فاذة.
(5)Baye said, it's compulsory on you to recite Washifa in congregation every evening because Washifa is better to do in congregation for whosoever see the brethrens, unless for otherwise reason.Our holy prophet Muhammad guarantee all the attendees of Washifa that all his sin big or small shall be forgiven.
Pap sheikh TIJANI said and I qoute during one of his visitation to zaki oyo state"if you want to meet up with previous pivot leader" try to concentrate on your daily litanies of Tijaniyyah order. Morning and evening lazimi,daily Washifa in congregation and zikr jummuha in congregation and encompasses all these with good deeds u will reach the station of previous pivot spiritual leaders.
He further said most especially daily congregation Washifa with Tijaniyyah brothers.
لاعباد كالوظيفة
Sheikh said:
No act of worship greater than congregation Washifa.
لو يعلم الإنسان ما في الوظيفة من الخيرات لاتوه ولو حبوا
Sheikh said,are they being people know what is in congregation Washifa interms of numerous blessings they will rush to go and do it in congregation even if they will crawl.
Benefits of congregation Washifa,the blessings of Washifa cannot be quantified by anything.The Barakah one will get from recitation of Washifa in congregation cannot be derived from any other act of worship.
قال الله تعالى: إِنَّ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ اسْتَقَامُوا تَتَنَزَّلُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ أَلَّا تَخَافُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَبْشِرُوا بِالْجَنَّةِ الَّتِي كُنتُمْ تُوعَدُونَ نَحْنُ أَوْلِيَاؤُكُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا مَا تَشْتَهِي أَنفُسُكُمْ وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا مَا تَدَّعُونَ نُزُلًا مِّنْ غَفُورٍ رَّحِيمٍ
Allah is pointing to the blessings of those who recite Washifa in congregation.
"Verily those who proclaimed our name in congregation(as seen in Washifa) and they stand firmly on their proclamation,an angels will descend on them,telling them not to fear and not to feel depressed, paradise is their last abode.We are their friend here and hereafter,and we shall bestow upon them what will pleases them.Blessing that will descend from your forgiven and merciful lord.
Recall MAOLANA SHEIKH NIASSE said whenever we start Washifa all angels will descend and when we reach seventh jaoharatul Kamal, prophet Muhammad (SAW) will descend with all companions (Khulafahi rasiduuna).This is an uncommon blessings which can only be seen in congregation whasifah not in other act of worship.
Honestly been a practising Tijaniyyah is an uncommon blessing from Allah.May Allah give us Allah.
