Crying for security.
Crying for justice.
Crying for a country where survival isn’t a daily battle.

How long must we cry before we are heard?

The bl**d belongs to the lives lost.
The families left behind.
The innocent people who never made it home.

A nation carries the scars of the people it failed to protect.

The people can endure for only so long before survival becomes a fight for freedom.

Tired of hoping.
Tired of surviving.
Tired of asking, “When will Nigeria get better?”

But somehow, we wake up tomorrow and try again.

Maybe that is the cruelest part,
after everything we’ve seen,
we still look up and believe Nigeria can become better.

Because somewhere beneath the pain,
we still love this country.

I was honestly so excited! There’s something so special about watching a client grow from regular shoots with you to trusting you to capture such a beautiful chapter of her life.
