If over 80% of businesses die within 5 years, what are you doing differently to make sure yours survives.

‎Like many business owners, or entrepreneurs who want to make sales I struggled for months until I learnt about these MONEY MAGNET hacks.

‎Some months back, I set a personal challenge with a small group of people I trusted.

‎The goal was simple—grow our network by getting new contacts, kind of like a personal lead generation game.

‎To my surprise, it worked better than I imagined. I didn’t even talk about it publicly because I wasn’t ready for the noise that might come with it.

Fast forward to today, that little challenge has grown my contact list to over 12,000 people. And if you’re a business owner or entrepreneur, you already know the kind of opportunities that number brings.

‎Since then, I’ve had people ask me things like: “How did you do it?” “Can you teach me your process?”

‎So, I’ve decided to open up and share exactly how I grew my list—without spending a single naira on ads.

‎If you’ve ever wondered how to consistently get quality contacts that can become paying clients, this is the chance to steal from my experience and gain 1k+ contacts with the 30 Days Challenge.

‎To take advantage of this opportunity, make a swift transfer of #3000 now into:

This topic feels like you're stealing money from the pocket of people. No. It's not so dear.

I will be explaining this particular topic using the story of a young man named Tola.

Tola had always been fascinated by wealth. He would watch businessmen in their fancy suits walk past his small snack stall, wondering how they convinced people to part with their money so easily.

One day, he met an old man named Mr. Jide, a retired salesman who had sold everything from cars to insurance. Tola asked, "Sir, how do I get people to willingly give me their money without feeling like I’m forcing them?"

Mr. Jide smiled and said, "Sales is not about taking money from people; it’s about making them see that what you offer is worth more than the money in their pockets."

First: People Buy Emotions, Not Just Products

Mr. Jide explained, "When you sell, you’re not selling a product—you’re selling a feeling. Do you think people buy Coca-Cola because they’re thirsty? No! They buy it because of the emotions attached to it—happiness, refreshment, and memories."

Tola realized that his snacks were more than just food. They were comfort, nostalgia, and the taste of home. The next day, instead of just shouting, ‘Buy hot puff-puff!’ he started saying, "Taste the softest, sweetest puff-puff, just like your mother made it!" Sales doubled that day.

Secondly: Make Them Feel Like It’s Their Idea to Buy

Mr. Jide leaned in, "People hate being sold to, but they love to buy. So, instead of pushing, pull."

He taught Tobi to ask the right questions:
- "When was the last time you had puff-puff this fresh?"
- "Would you love to taste one for free? If you don’t like it, no problem."

The moment customers tasted it, they couldn't resist buying more. Why? Because they felt like they made the decision themselves.

Thirdly: Solve a Problem, and People Will Gladly Pay

One day, it rained, and sales were low. Tobi asked himself, "What problem do my customers have right now?" Then it hit him—people didn’t want to get their hands messy while eating.

If you would like to finally land a big gig, without breaking your bank, then this might be the most important content you'll read today.

As a graphic designer, the quality of your work is only as good as the resources you use. While free design assets can be helpful, premium resources give you a serious competitive edge.

Here’s why investing in quality design resources is worth it:

✅ High-Quality & Unique Assets – Premium fonts, mockups, and stock images are sharper, well-crafted, and more exclusive, making your designs stand out.

✅ Saves Time & Effort – Instead of struggling to tweak low-quality free assets, premium resources come ready for professional use, boosting your productivity.

✅ Better Client Perception – Clients can tell when a design looks polished and professional. Premium resources help you deliver that high-end, sophisticated look.

✅ Avoid Copyright Issues – Many free resources come with restrictions. With premium assets, you get clear licensing and peace of mind.

Investing in your craft is investing in your success. If you want your designs to command higher prices and attract premium clients, premium design resources are a must!

Would you like to almost x5 your current sales game? If so, keep reading, this content was created specifically to obliterate objections in your sales closing.

In sales, objections are inevitable. But the key is knowing how to handle them effectively. Here are three major sales objections and how to counter them like a pro:

1. "It’s too expensive."

When clients say this what they mean is that they're not seeing the value yet.

Instead of lowering your price, focus on the return on investment (ROI). Highlight the benefits, savings, or results they’ll get.

Example:

Client: "It's too expensive"

Say: “Yes and I agree, this is very expensive”

“Everyone who purchased this service said the same thing”

At every point listen, and give them room to speak

Then say, “Now, if it were to bring you the desired results, would it be worth the price?”

If they say, “Yes”

Simply ask, “which package would you like to obtain?”

2. "I will think about it."

What they mean: They’re unsure or afraid of making the wrong decision.

Ask open-ended questions to understand their hesitation. Offer testimonials or case studies to build trust.

Example:
Client: “I will think about it”

Say: "I completely understand! You should never make a decision in a rush”

“Can I ask what specifically, what is stopping you from making a decision now?"

Let them speak, find out what is hindering them. Let's say the client doesn't have the money at hand and he/she is expecting some money before the ex*****on of the project.

Say: “Yes and, what time and day do you feel comfortable to check back on you?”

This creates a window for you to return back without them feeling awkward about your follow up.

3. "I can get it cheaper elsewhere "

The mistake most salesman do is to give a discount. There are different types of business, for a service based business a discount won't hurt you much. But for a product based business you don't want to get caught up in the price war.

When clients say they can get it elsewhere cheaper, what they're indirectly saying is that the price of your service/product is high.

I am sure you're wondering why did Emmanuel post just a white image with no write-ups or anything at all on it? Well today I am going to be sharing with you what CANVAS is in graphic design.

The next question would be what is a Canvas?

A canvas is the area where all design elements are placed. Whenever you open your design software that white space or black (as other users may prefer) you see is your canvas. It provides a structured space for designing graphics, layouts, and illustrations. The dimensions of a canvas can be adjusted based on the requirements of a project, whether it’s a social media post, website design, or print material.

How to Use Canvas Effectively

• Set the Right Dimensions – Define the width and height based on the platform or purpose of the design.

• Use Grids and Guides – These help in aligning elements properly and maintaining consistency.

• Organize Your Layers – Keeping elements on separate layers makes editing easier and more efficient.

• Leverage Artboards (if available) – Some design tools allow multiple artboards on a single canvas, helping designers create variations within one file.

Whether you’re designing a logo, social media post, or website UI, understanding and utilizing the canvas effectively can make a significant difference in the quality of your work.

This is how to respond to a customer asking you the price of your product, or services.

Say:
I don't know. It depends.

“What does it depend on?”

Say:
Does what you're asking for, do something for you that will be valuable to you or your business?

“No, it's not important”

Say:
Then why do it? Aren't you better off doing nothing and saving your money?

“I see, yes there is”

Great! What's something you would really like to get off your desk?

“I need...”

After listening say:
Is there anything else?

“I believe that's everything.”

Say:
If you had to place a rough value on this what would it be?

“It's worth...”

What percentage feels right to invest, relative to the potential value?

“10-30% sounds right”

Say:
If you got a bid for 20%, is this something you're comfortable moving forward with?

Congratulations that's how you Prince the client and not the job. Give it a try let me know how it goes.

Dear Designers.

It is an absolute honor to be in your spaces today as we celebrate creativity, innovation, and the power of design. Whether you’re just starting or already on your way, I want to share something very important with you—DO NOT GIVE UP.

When I started in graphic design, I faced the same struggles many of you might be facing now. The overwhelming blank canvas. The self-doubt. The imposter syndrome. The feeling that your designs aren’t good enough. Trust me, I’ve been there. Every great designer has been there. But here’s the truth: growth comes from perseverance. Every failed design, every rejected concept, and every difficult client is shaping you into a better creative professional.

Remember this: every expert was once a beginner. The great designs you admire today? They didn’t happen overnight. They were born from hours of practice, learning, and pushing beyond comfort zones. Your journey will be filled with challenges, but challenges are not roadblocks—they are stepping stones.

When you feel stuck, remind yourself why you started. Passion led you here, and passion will take you further. Find inspiration, stay curious, and never stop learning. Connect with fellow designers, take constructive criticism as fuel for growth, and most importantly—keep designing, even when it feels difficult.

Success in this industry is not about being perfect; it’s about being persistent. One day, you will look back and realize that every struggle, every late night, and every lesson brought you to the point where you are not just a designer, but a creative force to be reckoned with.

So today, I challenge you: believe in yourself. Keep pushing. Keep creating. And most importantly, never give up.

Here's how you can Identify Your Ideal Customers and Attract More Sales

One of the biggest mistakes business owners make is trying to sell to everyone. The truth is, not everyone needs or wants your product—and that’s okay. The key to increasing sales is understanding your ideal customer and speaking directly to them.

Who is Your Ideal Customer?

Your ideal customer is the person who: needs your product or service, can afford it, values what you offer, and is most likely to buy from you repeatedly.

Imagine a young vibrant entrepreneur who started selling menstrual pads in school, he goes from door to door in the male hostel advertising and asking the male students to buy pads for their female level mates/friends.

I could almost see you nod your head in disbelief. Yes!. I also. That audience is not the right audience who needs the product. Although the business idea itself isn't bad.

To identify your ideal customers, ask yourself these questions:

- Who benefits most from my product/service?
- What problems does my product/service solve?
- Where do my potential customers spend their time (online and offline)?
- What motivates them to make a purchase?

Steps to Define Your Ideal Customer

• Analyze Your Current Customers – Who are your best customers? Look at their age, location, interests, and buying behavior.

• Understand Their Pain Points: What struggles do they have that your product/service solves? Speak to their emotions and challenges.

• Create a Customer Persona: Build a profile of your ideal customer, including their demographics, interests, challenges, and purchasing habits.

• Engage and Listen: Follow conversations on social media, read reviews, and ask questions to better understand what your customers really want.

• Refine Your Marketing Message: Use the right language, visuals, and platforms to connect with your audience where they are.

This is important because, when you focus on your ideal customers, you:

✅ Increase sales efficiency
✅ Reduce wasted marketing efforts
✅ Build a loyal customer base
✅ Charge premium prices because you offer value that speaks directly to the right audience
