Because of the Ekumeku war by the Aniomas and the 1966 coup all by the same Delta Igbos the British and Nigeria developed hatred for the Igbos.

This hatred by the British has lingered till date putting the Igbos at a disadvantaged position politically In today’s Nigeria. The 1966 coup on the other hand led to the massacre of millions of Igbos In the north which was followed by a three years bitter war.

Today, Same Igbos In Delta are the ones denying being Igbos leaving the Igbos in south east to bear the consequences of these actions.

This post is not to apportion blames but a wake up call/ Reminder to Igbos in Delta that most of the things suffered by south east Igbos today were never by their making but that of Igbos in Delta.

— Chukwuma Kaduna Nzogu is from Okpanam in Delta state, he led the 1966 coup which was tagged Igbo coup” Igbos in south east suffered for it but never denied being Igbo but the community where Nzogu comes from denies Igbo.

— British dispises the Igbo because Igbos in Delta gave them tough times via the Ekumeku war, Igbos in south East suffered and still suffer for it but have not denied Igbo rather the Igbos in delta who fought the war deny Igbo today.

It is time the Igbos in delta pause , take a deep breath and ask themselves some questions; bearing Igbo names , with Igbo culture and tradition but deny Igbo when the going is good only to accept being Igbo when the chips are down is Evil and should stop.

If you are igbo be igbo at all times, and if you feel you are not one chage ur names, culture and community to that which you claim, South Eastern Igbos have suffered too many times for crimes they never committed.

WHO IS MARGINALIZED IN NIGERIA? PART 2

When Ironsi was later k!||€d in 1966, another military takeover happened and Yakubu Gowon, (North Central), became Head of State.

At this point, Nigeria was already shaking politically, but it was not yet w@r as there were still opportunities to avoid it. Meetings were held, and dialogues were attempted. The famous Aburi meeting in Ghana tried to settle the matter with agreements reached, but when it was time to implement it, both sides interpreted it differently and trust finally collapsed.

Now ask yourself:
Was that w@r really necessary?🤔
A region that had produced both a Governor-General, a Senate president and a military Head of State within 5 years of independence, suddenly picked up gu^s against same Nigeria.
Please… were they in captivity?😔
Or was something else pushing the conflict?😏

Truth be told ehn… breaking out of Nigeria wasn’t even the issue as Nigerians really didn’t have a problem letting them go if it was genuinely about self determination. The real wahala came from outside; those who gave us independence and mastered the art of “divide and rule.”

Villagers In Katsina reportedly kidnap bandits’ family after bandits abducted their people

A dramatic twist played out in Katsina State after bandits allegedly stormed Sabun Binin, Babanlu village, and kidnapped several villagers, dragging them into the bush and demanding ₦100M per hostage.

The villagers and local vigilantes reportedly refused to stay helpless. According to updates, they recognised the attackers and went after the families of the bandits themselves — carrying out a counter-kidnap of the suspects’ parents and brothers.

When the bandits called to begin negotiations, the villagers allegedly told them there would be no ransom talk until their own people were safely returned.

In the end, the bandits were said to have backed down first. They released the villagers they had earlier abducted — and even gave each person ₦30,000 as transport fare back home — before the villagers released the bandits’ relatives.

💥As it stands now it will be almost impossible for Tinubu to win the next election, even rigging will not help him. Trump has exposed his Bu**um to the entire world by calling Nigeria a “Disgraced country” under Tinubu’s administration.

Have you noticed that Tinubu has not acted or done anything yet since the threat was made? Baba is currently confused.

💥Because if he decides to fight the Bandits and Terrorists, then he will also have to fight their sponsors who are already in his government.

And he can’t fight the sponsors without fighting himself out of power.

💥they are the ones who helped him win the election and he is depending on them for the next election. So if he exposes the sponsors, he will expose himself as well because he has been shielding and protecting them. That in itself will put him in trouble.

And if he doesn’t act or do anything, the US will take it upon themselves to dismantle and destroy the terrorists including their sponsors.

💥The US knows that the sponsors are part of the APC Government that’s why they are putting Tinubu on a hot seat. 🔥

The US also has the list and names of all the sponsors and if they act, over 70% of politicians in Nigeria will go bellow 6ft.

💥Tinubu can actually wipe the terrorists and bandits in 48 hours, but his fear is the sponsors because he cannot exclude them.

So now Tinubu is left in a limbo… he can either fight his own friends and expose himself as well, or he can do nothing and allow the US wipe them off themselves.

💥Either way, this is the end for Tinubu’s Government because he cannot win the next election.

Even If the devil comes from hell to help him rig the next election, it won’t work. He knows this and the APC too knows it. “Emilokan!”

20/10/2020 Never Forgotten

They said dey were stubborn, but all dey wanted was a country that breathes.
They raised dia flags not weapons.
They sang the anthem, not war songs, but dey answered peace with bullets.

That night, the sky turned red.
Dreams fell, one by one, onto the cold ground of Lekki.
Names became hashtags, and the air smelt of betrayal.

Nigerian youths the heartbeat of a dying nation lost lives, lost jobs, lost faith. Some lost families, others lost the will to believe.

And yet…some still dance for their oppressors, still clap for the same hands that pulled the trigger.
Love mixed with fear, stockholm syndrome in green and white.

But this day, 20/10/2020, will never be forgotten.
Not in dia bones,
not in dia blood,
not in the echoes of those who fell.

They may forgive, someday, but dey will never forget.
Because dia blood still whispers: Remember us.

So we remember not in silence,
but in truth, in rebellion, in the fire that refuses to die.
