🚨 RELOCATED CORPS MEMBERS (BATCH B STREAM I): DON'T GO TO THE SECRETARIAT WITHOUT THIS CHECKLIST!

If your relocation has been approved, ensure you have the following documents before reporting to your new state's NYSC Secretariat:

📋 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

✅ Relocation Slip/Letter
✅ Original Statement of Result/Certificate
✅ Photocopy of Green Card
✅ Photocopy of Call-Up Letter
✅ Passport Photographs
✅ Bank Account Details

📌 AFTER DOCUMENTATION

Once your documentation is completed:

✅ Your State Code will be updated to your new state.
✅ Your PPA Posting Letter will be uploaded to your dashboard. This may take a few days, so be patient.

📍 NEXT STEPS

Once your PPA Posting Letter appears:

1️⃣ Print your PPA Posting Letter.
2️⃣ Report to your PPA for acceptance.
3️⃣ After acceptance, proceed to your LGI/Zonal Office to complete your LGA documentation.

⚠️ Ensure all your documents are complete before leaving for the Secretariat to avoid unnecessary delays.

*READ AND LEAN HOW NAMES ON NIN VS NAME IN JAMB AND SENATE LIST WORKS*👇🎓

✍️Pcm should note that their name as written in the jamb admission list correspond exactly to their name in NIN and Senate list. If not the same,such PCM should find solution to that, now that you still have time.
What do I mean by this?
If for example my name in NIN is *ogechi ufoma John* it should be like this in my NIN, JAMB and Senate list ..if by any chance you have a *letter* is missing in any of your name. You won't be able to register for nysc. By the time you start looking for solution..NYSC management might have close the site for Registration why not start the process now?

*NAMES ABBREVIATION*
✍️PCM should note that nysc do not allow name abbreviation in any way... Being it in your NIN, jamb or senate list... For example your name is *ogechi ufoma azu* and in one of your documents somewhere, you have it as *ogechi ufoma A* such PCM with this issue won't be able to register when portal open, this is the right time to start working on that correction.
