TO HEAL A HURT, YOU MUST FIRST OPEN YOUR HEART.

Healing starts on the inside. The body tries to heal itself whenever we are hurt, but when we harbor resentments or self-restraint, we hinder the healing process.

Some circumstances or occurrences in our life have the potential to seriously hurt us. We have a difficult time forgiving and moving on when the wound is severe. We occasionally even wish to act cruelly toward them in return. We feel pain more acutely the more we cling to the things that have caused us harm.

Let go and let forgiveness, love, and kindness to enter your heart. It doesn't hurt in the same manner, as you'll discover.

PEOPLE'S OPINIONS ABOUT YOU DON'T REALLY MATTER...STAY FOCUS.

People in our lives have a large influence on our lives, but if we want to make a difference and bring about positive change, we must learn to overcome the negative opinions that hold us back.

Everyone will have an opinion. It becomes an impediment when it causes self-doubt or lowers our self-esteem. Sometimes we want to achieve our goals, but others put obstacles in our way. It causes us to doubt our ideas and undervalue our goals, and we avoid trying something that could have been successful.

Never give up on your dreams because of what others may think of you. Follow your vision and make your dreams a reality; those who once doubted you will eventually join you.

If you are led by the Spirit to a lady or a gentle man and they aren't responding as they ought to, to you.

You can remain there for ten years while remaining faithful and hopeful; this doesn't guarantee they'll change their minds, and God won't assess their decision for you.

That person might be necessary or essential, but they are replaceable... Please don't wait too long... Move on.

POWER IS TEMPORARY

The Greatest Lion will unavoidably die a terrible death no matter how long it lives.

The universe is what it is. Sad and full of karma! When they're at their most dominant, they reign, hunt other animals, catch them, consume them, and then leave the leftovers for hyenas. But becoming older happens quickly.

The old lion can no longer hunt, kill, or defend itself. It wanders and roars, gnaws, and whimpers till its luck runs out.

In the end, the hyenas will consume it alive after cornering it and chewing on it. They won't even wait until it's dead before removing its parts.

We only have a limited time on earth. Power is transient. Physical allure quickly dwindles. I've seen it in both the natural and professional worlds. Anyone who lives long enough will eventually degrade and turn into a complete wimp.

So let us practice humility. Never forget that we will leave the stage one day and that all that will be left of us is our legacy. Assist the sick, educate the weak, and provide for the weak.

WHO DID YOU HELP TO RISE?

Don't just stand by and watch as people suffer through life without lending a helping hand if it's within your power to help... At least show concern.

Be part of the story of someone's lifting ( rising).

Don't batch into a future you did not invest in and expect a stack in it.

Who did you help to rise?

I have seen some people who worked in an organization and head departments and some even became Managers and Directors in that organization but funny enough till they retired from that organization they didn't help anyone to join the organization or even recommend anyone for employment.

After retirement they claim entitlement of fatherhood to you and want to be part of your celebration when God finally help you to rise without them but it doesn't work that way.

if you where not there when I was in my season of pain and frustration don't expect an invite when am In my season of celebration.

Never go through an organization ( government or private firm) or any system without Planting Men (not just your biological children but other men ) because they end up becoming your strength in your retirement days... They will watch over you and care for you till you breath your last.
