ITS NOT LAZINESS ITS JUST CONSISTENCY
Let’s be real — being consistent as a creative is hard.
Not because we don’t love what we do, but because the energy, clarity, and motivation that spark creativity don’t always show up when we want them to.
Sometimes it’s:
• Creative block – You want to create but your mind’s just… blank.
• Perfectionism – You overthink every detail until you end up posting nothing.
• Burnout – Especially when juggling client work, personal projects, or life.
• Self-doubt – Feeling like your work isn’t “good enough” to share.
• No structure – Being your own boss means also being your own discipline.
What I’ve Tried (Some Worked, Some Still in Progress):
1. Content calendar – Helps, but only when I actually stick to it 😂
2. Batch creating – Shooting or designing multiple content pieces at once.
3. Setting non-negotiable “create hours” – Like gym time, but for my craft.
4. Lowering the pressure – Reminding myself not every post has to be a masterpiece.
5. Taking breaks without guilt – Rest is part of the process too.
Still Figuring It Out…
If you’ve found a rhythm or technique that keeps you consistent without killing your joy, please share!
Let’s help each other out — because behind every “consistent” creative is probably a crazy system (or supportive tribe) keeping it together. 😂🎨📸🎬
