“Your Excellency, sir, today is my official photographer’s 40th birthday, and I’d like you to help me pray for him.”
Those were the exact words of my boss, Jagunmolu Akande Omoniyi FCA, to the Executive Governor of Ogun State, H.E. Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, immediately after yesterday’s inspection of the ongoing construction at the APC Party Secretariat. He also took me to the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi, to pray for me. Just when I thought that was all, little did I know he had also organised a dinner party in my honour.
Sometimes, the most unforgettable birthday gifts are not wrapped in boxes; they come in the form of unexpected moments, heartfelt prayers, and gestures that money cannot buy. This moment will forever remain etched in my heart, a beautiful reminder of how much I am valued and appreciated.
Thank you, JAGz, for ALL you do for me. Your kindness, support, and thoughtfulness mean more than words can express. I will forever cherish this memory and remain grateful for the privilege of having you in my corner.
To my family and friends who celebrated me with prayers, beautiful messages, calls, and genuine love, thank you for making my 40th birthday more than a celebration; you made it a beautiful reminder that life’s greatest treasures are the people we share it with.
As I journey through life as THE UNFINISHED MASTERPIECE, I am reminded that God’s grace is the canvas, but people like you are among the beautiful colours that make the picture meaningful.
