اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَىٰ سَيِّدِنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ سَيِّدِنَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ.

Motivation is a part of organizational strategies to enhance staff productivity, commitment and loyalty.

It helps to direct and redirect staff focus and energy towards the actualisation of overall organizational objectives.

It is in recognition of this important strategy, the Founder/Executive Director of Royal Sister Charity Care Foundation: Hajiya Rukayya Shehu Dan Fulani presents a brand new motorcycle to one of her volunteers in person of Mal. Ibrahim Umar.

The Admin/Finance Manager, Mal. Muawiyyah Abdullahi Jega speaking on behalf of Founder/ED, stated that the gesture is part of RSCCF rewards system to committed, deserving and loyal volunteers.

Mal. Jega further explained that the Founder/ED has perfected plans for reward system that will be presented to deserving volunteers at regular intervals.

The motorcycle was presented to the beneficiary by Mal. Habib Muhammad Al Hassan on behalf of the Founder/ED and RSCCF Team.

Mal. Ibrahim Umar expresses profound gratitudes to almighty Allah for choosing him among many. He expresses his deepest appreciation to Haj. Rukayya Shehu Dan Fulani for the unexpected reward and pray Allah continues to bless her wealth and grant her the best of her wishes.
