Feel like dropping this piece this Afternoon,

TYPES OF PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM

1- The racist, colorist, s*xist and ableist:

They are superficial, judgmental, ignorant and full of hatred.

People who hold extremely dangerous views, promote hatred, pass it on and brainwash people are not good to be around.

Remove them from your life and protect yourself from them.

2-The egocentric and full of pride: They feel superior to others, they lack humility and are extremely self-centered.

Do you know what to do with people who have huge egos?

You leave them alone. You let them stay in their delusion and complex of superiority.
In time, life will humble them.

Surround yourself with people who are loving, humble, kind and respectful. They deserve more of your attention and time. They will teach you self-love and help you improve your self-esteem.

Try not to pay attention to people who give off negative vibes. Focus on people who love and care about you. Those are the people that matter. Stay blessed 🙏🏾

HOW TO HANDLE SEXUAL URGE

1. Have a positive alternative: positive alternative is a key to distracting yourself from thinking of or imagining having s*x. You have to be proactive and act immediately because you know that staying long on s*xual urge could lead to ma********on, or craving for real s*x. Positive alternative are things you know can take your mind away from s*x. Think about a Bible verse like "flee youthful lust", he who commits fornication sins against his own body" etc. Sexual sin will hurt and hunt you. Another positive alternative is to play a godly song immediately s*xual urge and desires comes.

2. REMEMBER THAT INDULGENCE WILL NEVER PRODUCE ANY POSITIVE RESULT. Indulging in s*xual act, either kissing, romance, po*******hy or ma********on will not produce any positive result, so advise yourself and stop it before it reaps you off.

3. AVOID SECULAR MUSIC VIDEOS, AND EROTIC MOVIES. You can't be s*xually pure if you are not selective in the kind of information and picture you feed your mind.

4. AVOID LONELINESS. Loneliness is the benchmark of s*xual urge and imagination, if you stay too lonely, your mind will wonder and like they say, "an idle mind is the devil's workshop".

If you don't have any place to go, go to church even if it's not your church😊.

5. You must resist the temptation to talk too sweet and soft with the opposite s*x, sweet and romantic talks builds your desire for s*x, so watch those friends that makes you feel like having s*x through the way they talk to you and make you feel.

Indulging won't solve your problem, it will complicate it and afterwards leave you even deeper into loneliness.
