We have been in rooms where big things were announced, but this one felt different. Back in February, we sat at the SEV2050 Forum and listened to conversations about the future of the South East. This week, we watched people put money behind those conversations.

What is doing through the South East Venture Capital Programme is simple. They are backing founders. They are backing ideas. They are backing the people willing to build. That is what we came to document.

Every thriving region is built by the people who choose to create where others only see difficulty. We were privileged to listen as shared the vision behind it all. Always an honor to be in the room.

3 days. That was the window. Three days to walk into one of Africa’s leading medical centres in Abuja and find what was worth keeping. This film starts with the infrastructure, the walls and the corridors and the equipment that holds everything together. But there is more to this story, and we are not done telling it.

KD Productions filmed through long days and longer nights, chasing something honest enough to deserve the trust of the people who let us in. When it came together, with the voice of carrying it forward, the film found what I can only call its truth.

Still one of those projects we return to when we need to remember what this work is actually for. Not to show people what is happening. To make them feel why it matters.

This Easter, we showed up for people. Anyone who stepped out of service and was willing to pause for a moment.
What we offered was simple, but not small. A moment to stand, to be seen, and to hold something that lasts. Each person left with a portrait, printed in their hands and shared to their phones, not just for the day, but for a lifetime.
We are grateful to the churches who collaborated with us and made room for this vision to become a reality. We are honored to have been a small part of the day.

And in giving, we were filled.
