AHMADIYYA MUSLIM YOUTH, OGUN STATE URGES NATA IPOKIA BRANCH TO PROMOTE INTEGRITY AND FIGHT CORRUPTION #@@@@ # #@@

On Thursday, 19th February 2026, Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya, Ogun State, conducted its second impactful Stop the Crimes Campaign at Nigeria Automobile Technician Association (NATA), Idiroko Branch, Ipokia. The event aimed to foster ethical conduct and integrity within the automotive repair sector.

Muallim Ilyas Adebayo and Muallim Apena Abdulazeez, warmly introduced members of Majlis. In a detailed and compelling address, they clearly outlined the campaign's core objective, to combat corruption and promote integrity. Muallim Ilyas, provided a thorough explanation of both corruption and integrity, emphasizing how corrupt practices, such as compromising institutions and fuels of criminality. He elaborated on the various mechanisms through which corruption perpetuates crime, offering clear examples relevant to the automotive trade. Muallim Apena passionately appealed to the technicians to reject any form of criminal behavior and specifically cautioned against the unethical practices of inflating prices for customers, whether driven by poverty or the desire for undue gain. He stressed that such acts ultimately erode trust and harm the community.

The Branch Chairman, Engineer Biliaminu Isiaka, welcomed the initiative. He explained that NATA is a professional trade union dedicated to representing automotive repair and maintenance technicians nationwide, with the primary goal of advancing excellence and innovation within the country's automotive repair industry. Expressing deep appreciation to the Majlis Khuddam Ogun State for their insightful presentation, he assured the leadership of the branch's commitment to full compliance with all governmental rules and regulations, reinforcing their dedication to professional standards.

As a token of appreciation and fellowship, the State representative presented a wall Clock to the association's executives. The campaign successfully engaged 102 NATA members, with fliers distributed to reinforce the key messages discussed.

The campaign was graced by; Ipokia Circuit President, represented by Mr. Hazmat Ismail, Dil'a Qaid, Muallim Apena Abdulazeez, among others.

MAJLIS KHUDDAMUL AHMADIYYA, OGUN STATE LEADERSHIP PAYS A COURTESY VISIT TO MUKARRAM ABDULFATAI EDUN SAHIB

In a gesture of appreciation and solidarity, the leadership of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya, Ogun Ilaqa, undertook a special visit to the esteemed Mukkaram Abdulfatai Edun Sahib. The delegation hails him as a dynamic, responsible and forward-thinking young innovator whose dedicated efforts have been instrumental in actively mobilizing and guiding the members of Majlis Khuddam in Owode Dil'a and Circuit.

This meaningful engagement followed the State's impactful Stop the Crime Campaign held on Wednesday, 11th February 2026. Giving the proximity of the event to his residence in Oke-odan, the leadership seized the opportunity to personally commend his invaluable contributions.

Naib State Qaid Special Duties II, Mr Jimoh Ibrahim, delivered heartfelt remarks. He warmly commended Mukkaram Edun Sahib for his relentless commitment to channeling the energies of the Circuit's youth towards productive and meaningful endeavors. In recognition of his pivotal role and fatherly guidance, NSQ Sahib affectionately described him as "Baba for Youth" underscoring his mentorship and inspirational influence.

In his gracious response, Mukkaram Edun Sahib expressed profound gratitude to the leadership of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya, Ogun Ilaqa. He specifically praised the respected State Qaid Sahib for his consistent and high-quality representation, highlighting his unwavering dedication to service in the State. Concluding with deep sincerity, he offered fervent prayers for the continued progress, unity and divine blessings upon all members of Majlis in the State and Nigeria.

MKAN OGUN ILAQA HOLDS 2026 ANNUAL NATIONAL WORKSHOP

Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Ogun Ilaqa, successfully held its Annual National Workshop on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th January 2026 at the Ayetoro Central Mosque, Joga, Ayetoro Dil‘a, with members drawn from across the state in attendance.
The programme commenced with an opening address by the State Qaid, Bro. Saa‘id Idowu Adetomisola, who presented records of past Annual National Workshops and highlighted the progress achieved over the years. He appreciated all participants and invited guests for their presence and continued support toward the growth of MKAN Ogun Ilaqa.
The well-structured programme involved insightful lectures, a marriage seminar, interactive questions and answers sessions, and other educative activities aimed at strengthening moral values, leadership skills, and overall personal development. Khuddam members from all thirteen districts across Ogun State participated actively, with each district well represented by a reasonable number of attendees, reflecting unity and commitment within the Ilaqa.
The workshop featured Lecture One titled “Moral Discipline, Brotherhood and Emotional Intelligence in Majlis Life,” delivered by Maulvi Nabeel Ahmad Oyekola. The lecture was highly impactful, addressing self-discipline, emotional awareness, mutual respect, and the importance of strong brotherhood in Majlis life.
Lecture Two titled “Leadership as Trust: Accountability of Qaid, Naibeen and Aamila,” delivered by Alhaji Muh. Salih Akewugberu, emphasized leadership as a trust from Allah and highlighted accountability, integrity, and sincerity in the discharge of responsibilities.
The marriage seminar and questions and answers sessions further enriched the programme, providing practical guidance and interactive engagement. Throughout the workshop, several valuable pieces of advice were shared on religious commitment and personal growth, leaving lasting lessons for participants.
The event was graced by respected personalities, including the Circuit President, Pa Bakare Sabin; Circuit Missionary, Alhaji Bankole M. Jamiu; Vice Circuit President, Alhaji Olaonipekun M. Jamiu; Pa Daud Idowu; Pa Salako Rafiu, the Ayetoro Jama’at President, and other distinguished members of the Jama’at.
Overall, the Annual National Workshop recorded notable success, making a positive impact on participants and reinforcing values that promote moral discipline, responsible leadership, social harmony, and service to humanity.

MKAN SADR GRACES FIRST MEETING OF THE 2025/2026 ADMINISTRATION OF MKAN OGUN ILAQA

The Sadr of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria (MKAN) graciously attended and honoured the first official meeting of the 2025/2026 administration of MKAN Ogun Ilaqa, marking a significant and inspiring beginning for the new leadership year.

The presence of the Sadr at the maiden meeting underscored the importance of unity, direction, and purposeful leadership within the Majlis. His attendance served as a strong morale booster to members and executives alike, reaffirming the confidence of the national leadership in the Ogun Ilaqa administration.

During the meeting, special prayers were requested from members of the Majlis for the progress and success of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, particularly for divine guidance in leadership and decision-making throughout the tenure and beyond. It was emphasized that praying for the Majlis is, in essence, praying for ourselves, as every Khadim is an integral part of the Majlis and shares in its collective responsibility and success.

In his address, the Sadr urged all members to remain steadfast in fulfilling their obligations to Allah, the Jama’at, and humanity. He reminded the Khuddam that sincerity, discipline, and obedience are key attributes that define a true Khadim, and that through these virtues, members can become strong elements of goodness for the overall growth and progress of the Jama’at.

He further encouraged the new administration to lead with wisdom, humility, and a spirit of service, ensuring that decisions are guided by consultation, prayer, and the teachings of Islam as emphasized by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at. Members were also advised to actively support the leadership, as collective effort remains essential to achieving the objectives of the Majlis.

The meeting concluded on a note of renewed commitment, unity, and optimism, with members expressing gratitude for the Sadr’s guidance and prayers. The 2025/2026 MKAN Ogun Ilaqa administration begins its journey with high morale and a clear resolve to contribute positively to the strengthening and advancement of the Jama’at at all levels.
