CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER NEEDED!
In the beginning of this year, I was planning a comeback into photography, but this time, focused on service delivery.
There is a level at which I wanted our photography to run. Our target was to pump in about 20 Million Naira into the organization.
We have already put in almost 10 Million Naira already. This fund is expected to be used to get professional mirrorless cameras, not less than 2. Get different light settings and set up.
Infrastructurally, we planned to have both the children and adult photography studio as well as a reception.
We planned to rebrand the whole place to give a beautiful ambience that would speak of class and luxury.
We are interested in service delivery, which is the core message. We intend to hire skilled professional photographers and editors, as well as competent hands in customer service.
Imagine you stepping into the reception of the studio, and the first person you see happens to be a professional customer service manager who offers you a beautiful smile. Helps you relax your mind and gives you the best experience you have ever gotten from a studio.
And this is before you step into the studio to do your shoot.
