African Skimmer. Even if it looks like a tern and flies like a tern, it isn't a tern. Skimmers share a family (Laridae) with terns and gulls but are in a distinct subfamily (Rynchopinae), mainly because of their uniquely uneven bill with the lower mandible conspicuously longer than the upper.
