Created this illustration for a client who was looking for a book cover—one which he wrote and for the one which his wife wrote. Both books were about the love that a mother gives to a son and a father.

But why am I posting this here? Because it has a special place in my heart. These artworks are a reflection of a love I've always observed and cherished from afar, and that's what I love about art—it gives you the power to feel something even if you haven't experienced it in a traditional way. 💖👨‍👦👩‍👦✨

I poured my heart into every brushstroke, aiming to capture these fleeting yet powerful moments. I hope you'll like it!

"Embracing the Complexity of Emotions and Authenticity"

This abstract portrait delves into my personal journey of living authentically and embracing the present moment with others. Through vibrant colors, I express the joy within us, while somber tones convey the depths of sadness and longing that reside within our souls. The duality of anger and disappointment depicted around the neck reflects the inner conflicts we face as human beings.

I wanted to convey the idea that our moods and emotions are fluid, like water that flows and cannot be held in one place. So, should we truly let our feelings dictate our identity and face criticism for something that isn't our true essence? The black and white ears symbolize our capacity to listen, not only to others' stories and sorrows, but also to the hurtful words that can impact us when we choose to live authentically.

This artwork serves as a reminder to embrace our authenticity, celebrating genuine connections and navigating the complexities of life with courage and self-acceptance. Let us cherish the beauty of being true to ourselves and enjoy the journey alongside others.
