Malaysia - Through the Lens of Expat Women is a charity project in which 23 expatriate women combine their enthusiasm for photography with the urge to give something back to the beautiful country they live in. It's the spin off of an initiative first begun in Romania. From there, it has spread across the world and it has now come to Malaysia. Our mission is to produce the book 'Malaysia - Through

the Lens of Expat Women' along with a collection of photographs and prints, with all proceeds from our endeavours going back to support local women through AWAM, an organisation committed to ending gender based violence and promoting equal rights for all.

Today is a happy day!!
We were able to hand over RM 20.150,00 from the sales of our 2017 edition Photobook 'Colourful Malaysia' to our charity 'All Women Action Society Malaysia'! We want to give a big thank you to our photographers, the sponsors, friends helping out to sell the books and everyone who bought a book! Hope you enjoy it!!
There are still a couple of books available at all Ambiance shops (G-Village, BSC, MK1) so if you need a nice present... hurry!

SO ITS TIME TO PREPARE FOR CHRISTMAS! I would like you all to know that we still have a couple of books for sale before we can hand over the money to our charity! The books are available at Ambiance shops, the ABWM House, at my place in KLCC and this weekend also during ISKL event this Saturday (in Dutch booth) and during ABWM Christmas bazaar (look for Lynn Peck Photography).

Thanks everyone who took the time to visit the Exhibition Friday and Saturday! From now on we have to sell the books together so we can hand over a nice cheque to our charity All Women's Action Society (AWAM) in the end! Let us know if you need books or go to one of the three Ambiance shops (G-Village, BSC, 1MK).
Yesterday someone bought ten books to resell herself!! Love it!!

Today we are at Ambiance Ampang from 12-5pm for the second day of the exhibition! So come in and have a look! The books will be sold in all Ambiance shops (BSC Bangsar, 1MK Mont Kiara and G-village Ampang) as long as stock lasts!

The books have arrived! See you at our Book Launch and Exhibition this Friday 11am at Ambiance G-village in Ampang! We will be there until 5pm and Saturday from 12-5pm.

The exhibition prints are ready! We could collect the A3 prints today and got a wonderful A1 poster, to pay more attention to our book launch, for free. Thanks a lot Sohphee from PhotoMedia for sponsoring this project!
