Merdeka 118, also known as PNB 118, is a 118-storey skyscraper located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
It is the second tallest building in the world and the tallest in Southeast Asia. This iconic tower is built on the former site of Taman Merdeka, near Stadium Merdeka and Stadium Negara.

On June 13th, I added another year to my life, but felt the weight of Madam San’s absence even more.

Madam San a.k.a Mak was a woman of quiet strength — gentle, yet unshakably resilient.
Who I am today is a reflection of her love, her endurance, and her unwavering presence.
She stood by me through every hardship, never once letting go.
As I grow older, my gratitude deepens for all that she endured and gave.
I saw her carry burdens in silence, but she never gave up.Her sacrifices — countless, immeasurable, and deeply rooted in love.
She witnessed my first breath, but I missed her last — by just a few minutes.

She was there for every beginning in my life, and I was with her just hours before her unexpected end.
She signed my birth certificate… and I signed her death certificate.
