One of my favorite things to witness as a photographer is the moment people stop trying so hard.
The moment they forget about the “perfect pose” or the “perfect photo” and simply begin to live.
To play.
To get messy.
To jump into the water fully dressed.
To laugh so hard they can barely breathe.
I think life is already serious enough sometimes.
Too serious, honestly.
And maybe not every moment needs to be carefully curated or perfectly composed.
Because years from now, I don’t believe the photos that matter most will be the flawless ones.
They’ll be the real ones.
The blurry laughter.
The wet hair.
The uncontrollable giggles.
The way someone looked at you when you weren’t paying attention.
That’s what memories actually feel like.
And in this space, as a photographer, I will always prioritize that over perfection.
Natural moments. Honest connection. Images that feel more like memories than photographs.
Because in the end… that’s what we become for one another someday.
Memories. 🤍
