Some places make you stop before you ever think about picking up the camera.

The clear water and colorful stones of Big Creek were one of those scenes for me in Glacier National Park.

Over the next month, I'll be sharing more of my Glacier collection—mountain lakes, rivers, trails, forests, and some of the quieter scenes I found along the way.

Big Creek has become one of the photographs from that trip that has stayed with me the most.
