Octopuses are truly fascinating creatures — they have three hearts, with two pumping blood through their gills and one circulating it to the rest of the body. Their blood is blue due to a copper-based molecule called hemocyanin, which helps them survive in cold, oxygen-poor waters. Masters of disguise, octopuses can instantly change their color, texture, and even shape to blend effortlessly into their surroundings.
