Standing Seam Design အမိုးသွပ် အကြောင်း ပြောပြချင်ပါတယ်။
ဒီအမိုးသွပ်နဲ့ပါတ်သက်ပြီး၊ ထုတ်လုပ်ရေး၊ တတ်ဆင်ရေး ကို ကျနော်အများကြီး လုပ်ခဲ့၊ လုပ်‌ဆောင်နေဆဲပါ။ အများခေါ်သလို Kalzip အမိုးသွပ်လို့ပဲ ဘုံနာမည် နမ်စားသုံးပါမယ်။
အမှန်တော့ ဒီ Standing Seam Design ကို Kalzip Company ကထုတ်လုပ်ရင် Kalzip လို့ အမည်ပေးပါတယ်၊ LCP Company က ထုတ်လုပ်ရင်၊ Lycorseam လို့ အမည်ပေးပါတယ်။ Mottama Company က ထုတ်လုပ်ရောင်းချတော့ Flex-lok & Seam လို့ အမည်ပေးပါတယ်။ Blue Scope Company က ထုတ်လုပ်တာကျတော့ Lysagh Flex Lok-400 လို့ အမည်တတ်ပါတယ်။
ပုံစံတွေက အားလုံးဆင်တူပါတယ်။
ဒီ Kalzip အမိုးသွပ်ဟာ မြောင်းအကျယ် 400mm to 500 mm နဲ့ Rib height 65mm ရှိတာမို့ Roof Slope 1 degree ထိတိုင်၊ ထားပြီး မိုးလို့ရတာမို့၊ ခေါင် Length ရှည်တဲ့ စက်ရုံ၊ ဂိုဒေါင်တွေအတွက်၊ သင့်တော်ပါတယ်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ အမိုးများတဲ့ 4 Angle ဟာ Rib Height (သွပ်ဖေါင်းအမြင့်) 25mm ပဲရှိပါတယ်။ သွပ်‌မြောင်းအကျယ် 183mm လောက်ပဲ ကျယ်ပါတယ်။ ခေါင်ကြောအရှည် 50' ထက်ကျော်လျှင်၊ Roof Slope 10 degree ထက်နဲလျှင်၊ Side Lapping ကို ရေရောက်ပြီး၊ မိုးယိုစေပါတယ်။ ဖါထေးဖို့ မလွယ်ပါ။
Kalzip Roofing Sheet ကတော့ မိုးရေစီး မြောင်းအကျယ် 400mm - 500mm ရှိပါတယ်။ Rib Height (သွပ်ဖေါင်းအမြင့်) 65mm ရှိတာမို့ Side Lapping ကို စီးဆင်းရေထုမရောက်နိုင်တဲ့အတွက်၊ မိုးရေယိုနိုင်စရာ မရှိတော့ပါဘူး။
နောက် ဒီ Kalzip အမိုးသွပ်ကို တတ်ဆင်ရာမှာ ပထမဦးစွာ Clip ကို Batterns / Purlins မှာ screw နဲ့ တတ်ဆင်ပြီး၊ Rib 2 ခုရဲ့ Joint ကို စက်နဲ့ Zipping ဆွဲပြီး Lock လုပ်ရတာမို့, အမိုးပေါ်မှာ Screw မရှိတဲ့အတွက်၊ Screw Head မှ သံချေးတက်ခြင်း၊ ကူးခြင်း၊ Screw ပေါက်မှ မိုးယိုခြင်း စတာတွေ မဖြစ်တော့ပါဘူး။ Screw Head တွေကို Silicone လဲထည့်ခြင်းလို အလုပ်တွေလည်း ကင်းဝေးသွားပါတယ်။
Site ထဲမှာ ထုတ်လုပ်လို့ရတာမို့ One Length တဆက်ထဲ မိုးကြပါတယ်။ ကျနော်မိုးခဲ့တဲ့အထဲမှာ 230' အရှည်ရှိပါတယ်။
ဒီ Kalzip Roofing Sheets ပေါ်မှာ Solar Panels, မိုးကြိုးလွှဲစတာတွေ တတ်ဆင်မယ်ဆိုရင်လည်း၊ အမိုးသွတ်ကို ဖေါက်တွဲစရာမလိုပဲ၊ Metal Clamp တတ်ဆင်ပြီး တင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

(1)4 Angle လို အမိုးဆိုရင်၊ Screws ဖေါက်ပြီးမိုးရတာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက်၊ ရေရှည်မှာ Screws သံချေးတက်ပြီး၊ ‌အပေါက်ကျယ်မိုးယိုတာကြောင့်၊ သွတ်ပြားနဲ့အောက်ကတွဲစပ်ထားတဲ့ မျှာတန်း Purlins တွေပါ၊ သံ‌ချေးတက်၊ ဆွေးမြေ့တာဖြစ်လို့၊ အပျက်အစီးကြီးပါတယ်။ စက်ရုံ၊ ဂိုဒေါင်ထဲက၊ စက်၊ပစ္စည်းတွေလဲ၊ အရင်ထိခိုက်ပျက်စီးစေပါတယ်။

ကျနော်တို့အနေနဲ့ 2001 ခုနှစ်စအမိုးမိုးလာတာမှာ၊ 4 Angle တွေပဲ အမိုးများပါတယ်၊ နှစ်စဉ် မိုးဦးစကျပြီဆိုတာနဲ့ ၂ လလောက်ထိ၊ မိုးယိုတာလိုက်ဖါရပါတယ်၊
