من وادي الكوف الى ساحل جرجار امه ، جمال طبيعة برقة ، اودية وجبال وعيون مياه عذبه. مناظر تزهى لها العيون وتزيل عنك الهموم . رحلة مشي لمده ثلاثه ايام والاستمتاع بطبيعة وادي الكوف لمسافه 28 كيلو متر تقريبا.

في رحلة من رحلات المغامرة الحقيقية تم عبور وادي الكوف للمره الثانية بدايتاً من ساحل جرجارأمه الى الجنوب حتى الجسر المعلق لمسافة تقريباً 27 كيلومتر استغرقت 3 أيام.
هذا الانجاز كان بأشراف وتخطيط
بفريق متكون من 25 رحال محترف .
