🏈🚁 SATURDAY LIGHTS — CITRUS COUNTY STYLE! 🤘🎸

We stopped by Lecanto Community Park today to check out the Citrus Flag League, sent the drone up, and quickly realized these kids know how to spend a Saturday! 😂🏈

Running routes, making catches, pulling flags, cheering on teammates—and most importantly, having an absolute BLAST out there.

So naturally… we had to turn the drone footage into a little Saturday football rock video! 🎸🔥

There’s just something cool about seeing our local fields filled with kids, coaches, parents and families making memories together.

🏈🚁 SATURDAY FOOTBALL… FROM A LITTLE HIGHER UP!

We stopped by Lecanto Community Park today to check out some of the action from the Citrus NFL Flag Football League, and of course… we just happened to have a drone with us. 😂🚁

And man, these kids were having a BLAST!

Running routes, grabbing flags, making plays, cheering each other on—and most importantly, just being kids and having fun playing football. ❤️🏈

Today was Week 1 Game Day for the 2026 Fall Season, presented by 352 Legends Athletics, a local nonprofit youth organization focused on giving young athletes a fun, positive environment to learn the game while building teamwork, sportsmanship, friendships and confidence.

The league includes coed players ages 4–15 along with a girls division ages 6–15, with teams practicing at parks throughout Citrus County and Saturday games rotating around the county.

We grabbed a few shots from above today, and it was pretty awesome seeing that many young athletes, coaches, parents and families spending their Saturday together at the ballfields.

THIS is the kind of community stuff we love stumbling across while we're out flying. ❤️

These workers are killing it out here! Have you ever laid asphalt in the 100-degree Florida sun? 🥵🔥 That is some seriously tough work, and these crews deserve some appreciation!

Things are moving, dirt is moving—and we sent the drone up so you can see it all from above. 🚁

The DJI Neo 2 has officially become my personal trainer—and apparently I’m now Zoey’s driving instructor too! 😂🚴‍♂️🐶

The Neo 2 follows along without needing a remote, recording every mile while silently judging me whenever I slow down. Meanwhile, Zoey is learning the important traffic laws of the Dunnellon Trail:

🐾 Stay in your lane.
🐾 Stop before entering an intersection.
🐾 Look both ways.
🐾 No chasing squirrels without using a turn signal.
🐾 And absolutely no stopping in the middle of the trail for an emergency sniff inspection!

So far, Zoey has ignored most of the rules, and the Neo 2 has documented all the evidence. 😂

Who knew the little DJI Neo 2 would become my personal trainer? 😂 It’s inspiring me to get outside, ride the Dunnellon Trail, and knock off some of this extra “cargo weight” I’ve been hauling around these last few months! 🚴‍♂️💨

The cool thing about the Neo 2 is that you don’t even need a remote to fly it—it can follow along and capture the ride while I concentrate on pedaling and trying not to pass out! 😂🎥

On a serious note, keep your eyes peeled walking the Dunnellon Trail —especially if you’re walking or riding with your dogs. We didn’t get any photos, but the other day I came across a roughly 5-foot alligator crossing the trail just past the bridge. Yesterday, another rider and I spotted six baby alligators beside the bench between the bridge and Blue Run. 🐊🐊🐊

It’s their home too, so stay alert, keep your dogs close, and give every gator plenty of room.

🚴‍♂️ There’s more to see along the Withlacoochee State Trail than beautiful scenery!

Throughout the trail, you’ll find cool educational signs sharing stories about Florida’s wildlife, native plants, local history, and the communities connected by this incredible trail. They’re perfect places to stop, catch your breath, and learn something new about the Nature Coast.

There’s nothing quite like a beautiful morning on the Dunnellon Trail. 🚴‍♂️🌿☀️

A relaxing bike ride, a little fresh air, and some quiet time to clear the head—sometimes that’s exactly what the soul needs. We also got to test out the new Meta Oakleys and capture a little of the adventure along the way! 😎

Good weather, peaceful trails, and no rush to be anywhere else. Florida mornings don’t get much better than this!

⚡😂 THE NATURE COAST WAS THROWING A RAVE LAST NIGHT!! 🌩️

Mother Nature apparently said, “Turn the lights off… I GOT THIS!” ⚡🤣

We caught some absolutely WILD lightning lighting up the Florida sky last night, and what a show it was!

And NO… Fly Guy was not trying to get a close-up of a lightning bolt. We like epic footage, but we also like OWNING A DRONE. 😂🚁

We want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to the entire Sea & Shoreline team for the incredible work you're doing on the Rainbow River.

This river means so much to so many of us. It’s part of our community, our memories, our wildlife, and one of the most beautiful natural treasures we’re fortunate enough to call home.

Seeing the hard work happening out there to remove Hydrilla and Lyngbya algae and help protect this amazing waterway is something we truly appreciate.

From the air, we get a view that most people don't get to see — and we can tell you firsthand, there is a LOT of work going into this.
