We spent a summer exploring the history and beauty of the southern European countries of Greece and Italy. :)
What stood out for us were Anafiotika & Aegina in Greece and ruins of Rome & the old historic center of Florence.

This year has been tough on so many counts especially not being able to see or visit family or have them visit us for the first time ever 💔

A bit of sunshine beyond the dark clouds has been Trina C Chaudhuri and the team of Missing Link along with Rangeet! When we sailed across the Baltic Sea a couple of months ago, I saw this brilliant initiative she started and couldn't help but mumble a lot of words out to Trina over a conversation 😃

She took those words and created some magic as only few can and the result is a personalized heartfelt piece of art just in time for Ma's birthday 🎂 - I am lost for words or I would have described her reaction to this beautiful creation 💌

It's like she turned emotions into letters and nostalgia into verses

This has been an absolutely crazy summer on multiple fronts - we've been working on different projects with some interesting teams - Simona's been busy with her project at the Department of Environmental Protection under the Ministry of Environment and I have been invested with a summer project at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology - and we have managed to start a tiny project of our own regarding food saving and sustainability ☘️
We've tried to optimize our weekends and match our holidays to do a fair bit of traveling along the Baltic coast, live the camper van life and go on long bike rides by the sea🌊
