We were honored to capture a truly special morning at the Paediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant Unit of Apeksha Hospital, Maharagama (PBMTU - Paediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant Unit) . On April 26th, the halls were filled with smiles and creativity for the "Siththam Agayuma" (සිත්තම් ඇගයුම) art contest award ceremony.

It was a privilege to witness the incredible talent of these young heroes. The event was graced by distinguished guests:
Dr. Sampath Indika Kumara (Hospital Director & Consultant)
Consultant Paediatric Oncologist and head of PVMTU Dr. Prabani Maddumarachchi, Consultant Paediatric Oncologist, Dr. Sanjeeva Gunasekera, and Chief Nursing Officer Priyantha Jayarthna.

Special Guests: Former Basnayaka Nilame of Ruhunu Katharagama maha dewalaya Mr. Dishan Gunasekara, Mr. B.J. Dharmadasa, Mr. Amarjith Gamage, and Mr. Navin Perera.

A huge thank you to Saranga Disasekara and Dinakshie Priyasad for adding a touch of celebrity magic to the day, and to Vihaga Vass for the soulful musical performance that brightened everyone’s spirits.
