A milestone moment for spiritual education in the Southern province. I had the privilege of capturing the formal inauguration of the Thirumurai classes for the Galle, Kalutara, and Matara districts.

The atmosphere at the Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple was filled with devotion as the community gathered to celebrate the start of this educational journey into our sacred hymns. From the traditional lighting of the lamp to the assembly of students and scholars, it was a day dedicated to preserving our rich cultural and linguistic heritage.

Grateful to have been behind the lens to document the start of this spiritual chapter for our community.
