Booked a Vietnamese Coffee Workshop in Hanoi during my solo trip last January — and it turned out to be one of my favorite experiences.

We spent three hours learning about the history of Vietnamese coffee, different beans, and how to make some of the country’s most popular coffee recipes. Huge thanks to our barista PA who was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole class fun and easy to understand.

And for me? Coconut coffee easily takes the win. ☕

If you’re new in Vietnam and looking for a unique experience beyond sightseeing, this is something I highly recommend.

Go on that trip together before life naturally pulls everyone in different directions.

There’s a season where everyone is still available. Where schedules align. Where saying “let’s go” is still easy. You don’t always realize it’s a special chapter while you’re in it — it just feels normal.

But one day, you’ll look back and understand how rare that timing was.

Looking back now, I wouldn’t change a single thing that made those memories unique. Not the small inconveniences. Not the random moments. Not even the imperfect parts.

Because that’s what made it ours.

And I’m just grateful we lived it when we could.
