What “living life” means to me lately…
I’ve known heartbreak.
Broken friendships.
Divorce.
Betrayal.
Separation from my firstborn.
I know what it feels like to lose pieces of yourself and wonder if you’ll ever feel whole again.
For a long time, I thought freedom would come when my circumstances changed. Now I’m learning that real freedom begins within.
I believe we’re all born with a blueprint—patterns, beliefs, and stories that shape us. My journey has been about gently breaking free from the ones that no longer serve me. I’m still in the middle of it.
So these days, living looks different.
It’s being at peace with my body.
Watching children remind us what freedom really is—creating without shame, laughing without self-consciousness, simply existing.
It’s tasting new food like it’s an adventure.
Taking trips that stretch your perspective more than your passport.
Finding my feminine energy through dance, no matter the style.
Singing anyway… even when someone else’s voice is far more beautiful than mine. 😉 Because joy was never meant to be performed perfectly.
I’m slowly choosing presence over perfection.
Curiosity over fear.
Life over survival.
Thank you, Peter Crone, Peter Crone - The Mind Architect for sharing work that has profoundly influenced the way I see myself and the world. If you haven’t discovered his teachings yet, I truly recommend giving them a chance.
Here’s to living—not someday, but today. 🤍
