Sure thing - lasers, pyrotechnics, crazy good sound systems, massive venues (and since it’s Sweden, good weather) are all things that make for a great experience.
The one thing however that I truly look for when documenting these places is: connecting with people.

This awesome group of people hit a spark with me amidst them really having a good time and being in the moment. I just so happened to be at the right spot at the right time 🙏

On another note… what do you hear them say in the song? 😆

Honestly? I ain’t seen none of the Freddy vs Jason movies.
This time around the Jason-entity chose to dance for hours on end under heavy rainfall out in the woods - right amongst the people yet completely shrouded.

Got cooking on a portrait session with Amil. ⁠
It yielded many strong shots that had my photo-senses tingling with joy. Amil came through with Presence and Looks 🥳⁠

This session reminded me why I enjoy doing one-on-one portraits as much as I do, feeling experimental both in shooting and editing.⁠
This is a new approach for doing black-and-white photos for me... hence, New-Old. ⁠

With lots of Swedish-grown plants all over her space (shoutout Blomsterfrämjandet), lovely natural light, the smell of coffee in the air, blended with tunes of Michael Jackson and all matched with good vibes.
