Good day to you all! It has been far too long since I last posted here, so allow me to ramble for a minute. I was very blessed to have worked with so many wonderful people last year and definitely need to take the time to show off their beautiful faces and spirits more. :) (You can see the photo I've shared here showcased in this month's P*K magazine on page 34 here: http://issuu.com/joewabe/docs/pikfebruary)

I was in the US for 8 weeks at the end of the year celebrating some very special family events, and I have been non-stop busy since coming back. While I am still open to accepting private clients whenever our schedules work out (sorry to be so difficult!), I really look forward to finally starting on some more personal projects this year to develop my more fine art portfolio. As such, please do be on the lookout for casting calls. If you have any friends with an interest in modeling, be sure to have them follow this page as well so they don't miss out.

I had the absolute pleasure of doing a maternity shoot for this beautiful couple last Saturday. I seriously couldn't decide which preview to put up first! It's hard to not smile as I finish editing the rest of their photos. The sun was difficult to work with at times, but we got so many wonderful shots by outsmarting it. ;) You two will certainly be amazing parents!

What can I say that her eyes don't? It was a little bit of a hectic morning as our original plans for a location fell through, but in the end, everything turned out better than we could have even hoped for. We had the palace all to ourselves for just about the entire shoot, and we were so into it that we hardly realized that there was a huge group of tourists watching us at the end! Her poise and elegance made it feel like I was truly shooting the queen. ♥

I just got back from a shoot at Changgyeonggung with two awesome ladies from Singapore. I enjoyed every single second of it! Despite the drizzle and cold, we got some incredible shots, and I cannot wait to start editing them. I think Changgyeonggung will quickly become one of my main go-to spots for shoots... ;)

The trip to the photo show was very successful! I have a number of vendors I am very eager to start working with and will try to get some sample products (albums and frames) ordered soon. I am especially excited for some lightweight albums perfect for sending to loved ones around the world. ♥

I am heading to the Seoul International Photo and Imaging Show. It will be a whirlwind trip, but I am excited! There are a few vendors that I met two years ago that I hope to see again to be able to better offer print services. Either way, it will be fun (if not a little crazy).

On my way home from a wonderful maternity session! I cannot wait to start editing the photos. I even got to see baby move around a bit. Maybe he is already showing that he will be quite the charmer. ;)
