Koh Sdach Postcard

Departed on a solo journey into the new year, with uncertainty, no plan, no itinerary, with nothing in mind but a booked hostel and round trip bus tickets.

But somehow, life always finds away to take you by surprise, either in a bad way or a good way, and fortunately for me this time it is the best thing i could ever wish for.

I encountered a bunch of beautiful people that I felt like we have known each other for years. I sense a familiarity in them, and it reminds me back to my days in college. With their help I got to explore the small town that I never set foot on. the town is a beautiful by the sea town, it reminds me of Summer Strike. i feels like i could settle here and be content with what i have. I caught the most beautiful and last sunset of the year 2025, and I managed to witnessed what the sunset looked like on the first day of 2026. I spent my NYE surrounded by people whom i just met but somehow i felt as if i was at home. i felt at peace.

I have a feeling that 2026 is going to be just fine. ofc, there will be ups and downs like they always do but i think we will be okay.

PP Eat Series: Trattoria Bello!🇮🇹

A little hidden italy gem in the middle of Cambodia's capital city.

stepping into this restaurant feels like you're just teleported into europe. the decor of the restaurant is very much identical to the restaurant in italy(not that ive been there in person myself)

the food in my opinion is a bit on the salty side, which is expected from western cuisine, but ! think overall the food taste amazing. the meatball spaghetti is exceptional. the fried chicken with salads also good but the salad dressing in a bit sour.

overall a very pleasant experience: 8/10 would went back

Beautiful trees around my neighborhood🏡

With rainy season coming into full effect, i started to see and notices these trees all over my city neighborhood.

It is such a refreshing scene to see coming back home, beautiful tree alongside the roads, especially after living in Phnom Penh for 6 months and my day-to-day experience is just urban building and heavy traffic.

Sometimes, it is nice to just coming back home for a vacation and appreciate the beautiful things you hometown has to offer and enjoy a slow pace countryside life instead of rat race you experience in Phnom Penh.
