*The Man Made of Iron Sheets*

They laughed when he walked onto the mjengo site wearing clothes stitched from corrugated iron.
"That will rust."
"That will weigh you down."
"That will burn in the sun."

But he knew something they didn't.

Every dent in that iron was a day he showed up.
Every rivet was a bill he paid.
Every patch of rust was a storm he survived and still stood through.

Iron sheets aren't meant for clothes. They're meant for roofs. To shelter families when it rains. To hold up when the wind tries to take everything.

So he wore them to remind himself:
*I am not fragile. I am shelter.*
*I am not temporary. I am structure.*
*I bend, I don't break.*

While others wore cotton and waited for perfect conditions, he worked in metal. Hot days, cold nights, rain or shine. Because people who build the future don't wait for comfort. They become the foundation.

DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY SETBACK IN YOUR WAY

Everytime I wonder how I’m going to make it, God shows up.

Just when I feel like I’ve run out of strength, somehow He gives me enough for one more day. When I don’t know what to do next, He makes a way where I thought there was none. It may not happen the way I imagined, but somehow, He always comes through.

There have been so many moments when I thought, “I don’t know how I’m going to get through this.” And yet, here I am. Still standing. Still trying. Still believing. Looking back, I realize that the moments I thought would break me were also the moments God reminded me that I was never carrying everything alone.

So if you’re wondering how you’re going to make it, take a breath. You don’t need to have everything figured out right now. Keep trusting that God is already working in ways you can’t see yet. You’ve made it through every hard day before this one, and I believe God will meet you in this one too.

UAnd maybe the reason why I’m treated like this is because I’ve shown that I’ll stay no matter what. I stayed even when I felt left out. I stayed even when I was only remembered when it was convenient for them. I stayed through the pain. I stayed through the disappointment. I stayed even though I knew I was no longer being valued. I stayed even when I wasn't appreciated. I stayed even when I had to beg for love, time, and effort.

Looking back, I realize how much of myself I gave away just to keep people in my life. I kept making excuses for how I was treated because I was afraid that walking away would mean losing the people I cared about. I didn't notice that while I was trying so hard not to lose them, I was slowly losing myself.

The more I stayed, the more I taught them that they could hurt me and I'd still be there. I thought I was proving how deeply I could love, but all I was really proving was how much pain I was willing to survive. I realized that I had slowly convinced myself that this was the kind of love I deserved. TGod is saying to you today: “You’ve already done your part, now watch Me do Mine.”

You cried the tears no one saw. You stayed strong in seasons that quietly broke you.
