HEY FRIENDS 🤎📸

Lightfoot Lens Photography is officially waking up from winter hibernation… and so am I 😂 I’ve upgraded my camera this season and I am READY to really break it in!

If you know me, you know I’m not just snapping pictures… I’m capturing personalities, chaos, belly laughs, shy smiles, and the in-between moments you didn’t even realize you’d want to remember forever. I’m a wife, mom of three wild kiddos, and a “catch it before it’s gone” type of photographer — which means your session will never feel stiff or forced. Kids can be kids, dads can relax, moms don’t have to stress… I handle the rest.

And the BEST part… have you seen next week’s forecast?! High 50s to LOW 70s 🙌🏼
☀️Golden hour is coming back, the trees are about to wake up, and that warm sunlight hits DIFFERENT after winter.

Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m a proud mom of three wonderful kids, a devoted wife, and a fur mama to two lovable pets who keep our home lively and full of cuddles. Family means everything to me, and I treasure the simple joys—whether we’re off on a spontaneous mini getaway or just enjoying time together at home.

My faith is a big part of who I am. As a Christian, I find strength, peace, and purpose through my relationship with God. I attend church every Sunday, and it’s one of my favorite parts of the week—an opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and grow spiritually.

One of my greatest passions in life is photography. I’ve loved capturing moments behind the lens since I was 19 years old. What started as a hobby quickly turned into something deeper—a way to freeze time, tell stories, and highlight the beauty in everyday life. Whether it’s snapping candid shots of my kids playing in the yard, the golden glow of a sunset, or the laughter around a bonfire, photography allows me to savor and share life’s most meaningful moments.

I also love cozy, quiet evenings—movie nights with my family, wrapped up in blankets with snacks in hand, or gathering around a crackling bonfire under the stars. It’s in these moments that I feel most grounded and grateful.

Through all the chaos and calm, I strive to live with heart, faith, and creativity—finding joy in both the big adventures and the little things. ✨
