🔴 KNEC Launches Online KCSE Certificate Download Platform
Good news for thousands of former students!
If you sat for your KCSE between 1989 and 2025 and have been unable to collect your certificate because your former school withheld it over fee arrears, you can now access a digital KCSE certificate directly from KNEC without going through the school.
What you need to know: ✅ The service covers KCSE candidates from 1989–2025.
✅ Applicants must create an account, verify their identity, and pay KSh 1,200, excluding VAT and eCitizen transaction charges.
✅ Once approved, you can download a verifiable digital KCSE certificate online.
✅ KCPE, TVET, KPSEA and Teacher Examination certificates are expected to be added to the platform in phases, with KCPE and TVET marked as "Coming Soon."
The move is expected to benefit thousands of Kenyans whose certificates have remained inaccessible for years due to school fee disputes or other collection challenges.
