Fall is my favorite time of year for many reasons!! It's the busiest season for photographers and there's nothing better than capturing sweet photos for your friends--especially when they bring all the fun personality and glam! I just love a good black and white! 😍

You'd never know it was pouring down rain right before this photo was taken! These adorable kids were absolute rock stars throughout this whole mini session! I'm so grateful for the time I've had connecting with this sweet family!

I love when neighbors turn close friends wherever we live and I'm so grateful that God would allow us to meet here! This family brings so much light to all who know them and their smiles are contagious!

AHHH! First mini session of the season in the books! I am so grateful for sweet friends who trust me to capture their precious life moments here in Oki! There's something just so beautiful about beach walks at sunset as the water slowly comes up on the shore.

It's always so bittersweet saying "see you later" to friends, but I'm glad I got to be apart of capturing the memories here in Oki before they head out on their next adventure! This family has been with us the past three years (which seems like forever in this lifestyle). I'm so thankful for all the ways God blessed our friendship over the years no matter the season we experienced--new homes, new babies, new jobs, etc. Love and miss you guys already!

Well if I gave awards for being the most flexible with timing for photos, this family would probably win. I messaged them a handful of times in the past few days to reschedule with new times and days as it's just been dumping buckets over here (if you've ever lived in Oki, you know all about "rainy season"). Well this morning I messaged them with less than a 2 hour window to get ready due to a break in the rain!! Timing was great and I had the best time getting to know them!!
