We discovered this beautiful place by chance. Entrance fee was only 200yen, but they provided unlimited tea/coffee and snacks. Staff was also extremely friendly.
P.S. unfortunately I didn't take a proper photo of Mt. Fuji shaped Chrysanthemum hill, but it looked amazing.
