Night dive, first one for my son. He defined it 'magic and alien' like the critters we encountered.
Here one of them, a Mediterranean slipper lobster (Scyllarides latus).
The cigala or magnosa, as it is called in Italy, comes out only at night to hunt molluscs.

Elba' seascape with two eggs of small-spotted catshark (Scyliorhinus canicula) wrapped around a yellow gorgonian (Eupicella cavolini) with purpke sea urchin (Sphaerechinus granularis).
One was definitely well and moving inside the egg. I am not sure about the other unfortunately.

Elba remains a place of amazing landscapes and seascapes for me.
Here 2 eggs of small-spotted catshark (Scyliorhinus canicula), gattuccio for the italians, wrapped around a yellow gorgonian (Eupicella cavolini) and 'surveilled' by a purpke sea urchin (Sphaerechinus granularis). .

Photos from 2 dives: the first in Daedalus and the second on the Numibia wreck in Brothers.
Those were the only 2 dives I had my camera with me due to a series of circumstances. The photos on the Namibia wrecks are not what they should be due to a problem with the camera, but I still wanted to post them.
