2nd October. A birthday, and a day that reminds us of Bapu. 🇮🇳
Maybe it’s just a coincidence that I was born on this day. But over the years, I’ve found myself connecting with what this day represents - having the courage to speak, to question, and to care about the place you call home.
You may have seen me speak up about a lot of things - for India, for my Vadodara, and for things I genuinely care about.
Sometimes it brings appreciation. Sometimes criticism. Sometimes even hate.
But I’ll continue to speak up.
Not because I believe I’m always right, but because I believe silence shouldn’t be the price of staying comfortable.
And today, on my birthday, I have one small request for my generation:
Don’t just celebrate India on social media.
Be part of making it better.
Keep your city clean.
Plant something.
Protect what already grows.
Respect public spaces.
Help someone.
Speak up when something is wrong.
Choose peace over unnecessary hatred.
Let’s make India cleaner, greener, kinder and truly incredible - not just incredible on marketing banners. 🇮🇳
We don’t have to change the whole country overnight.
Start with your street.
Start with your city.
Start with yourself.
Another year older.
Still learning. Still exploring. Still speaking.
Happy Birthday to me. ❤️
Jai Hind. 🇮🇳
