Elegance and beauty.

Capturing the bridal makeup for by at her studio.

Around 4:40am some day back in February, half sleepy, mostly tired, I started editing this image. On completion of the post-processing workflow, I just stopped and started at my screen, my sleepy eyes wide open, glowing in excitement. I knew this had made its place amongst what would be my favorite clicks of 2020.

A class apart tale of love.

This frame was captured during a shoot for Komal and Abhishek. Wishing them a happy married life ahead.

The first commercial project where my new Godox AD200 Pro was put to use. A brilliant external light source, it added a new dimension to the portrait shots being captured. The source was single and direct, with no diffusion, yet the light wasn't harsh and it produced an amazing ambience and skin tones. This equipment is worth loving.

Last month I was in Bangalore and no doubts about it being the IT capital of India. Bustling amongst the traffic, the rains, given the distances, you'd want the day to end pretty soon. So much goes on while we keep ourselves busy. We need to take some time out from the stress, and look around for what life may offer.
It was fascinating to witness those two layers of clouds at different heights flowing at two different speeds. If you decide to spend time with your camera, photography would work out it's magic. One of the most serene sights I have captured in a while.
