While searching for the elusive tigress, we stumbled upon the Mama-Bhanja tigers! It was quite a sight - they were sprawled out lazily beside the road, completely unfazed by anyone who dared to disturb their peaceful slumber. They were like royalty, exuding an air of nonchalance that was simply irresistible! 😅
Now, how did this tiger get the name Mama and Bhanja?
Get ready for an incredible story! Bijlee, the dominant female, has just given birth to a strong male cub after successfully mating with the powerful male, Yuvraj. But that's not all - Bijlee is not only caring for her cub, but she's also nurturing the cub of Choti Tara, her mother! When Choti Tara's cub was misplaced due to the interference of another male, Bijlee found and adopted the misplaced cub as her own. Now, she's a loving mother to both her biological cub and her adopted one. It's a heartwarming tale of family and love, earning them the endearing title of “mama-bhanja”!
