Say hello to Margherita. By far and away the most intriguing and interesting person I have met in the last few years. My host in beautiful Vernazza, Cinque Terre.

These two images are my abiding memory of my stay at her apartment - the rack full of designer clothes, her ginormous eyeglasses, the pile of shoes in front of her bed, her artwork on the back wall and the unmissable look of her mansard roof. The only thing these images don't capture is the RIDICULOUS view of the Italian Riviera from her terrace.
