hs in your timeline, in a page or in a group. But always take care to use the Facebook share option and thank you for not re-uploading them. The photographs shared in this page are for promotional purpose alone and are the property of Hari’s Photography. If you find any of them useful in someway or the other, please feel free to make use of it as per the following guidelines. Kindly note that we may not respond to your requests / demands for sharing photograph(s) unconditionally. Feel free to use the photographs shared in this page in your websites, blog articles, Facebook notes etc. a) DO NOT remove the watermark and/or the name tag included in the photograph(s). b) Use the Facebook share option if possible or use the link to the original photograph(s) and avoid re-uploading. c) Tag the page if possible, otherwise mention the link to the page in the format: [Photo Curtsey: www.facebook.com/pg/harisframes
d) Always mention / tag the artist(s)/person(s) in a photograph.
2. Online Use: Without Watermark
If you wish to use a photograph without the watermark in online media, the following terms are applicable. a) Please DO NOT ask photograph(s) for free. The usual fees (for a single file) are; for a 1280 x 720 @ 72 ppi is Rs. 500/- and for a 1920 x 1080 @ 72 ppi is Rs. 700/-. b) Credit should be given whenever and wherever the photograph(s) is(are) used. Tag the page if possible, otherwise mention the link to the page in the format: [Photo(s): www.facebook.com/pg/harisframes]
c) Photograph(s) will be shared in JPEG format at 80% quality settings suitable for online sharing. d) Always mention / tag the artist(s)/person(s) in a photograph. e) You are NOT permitted to use the photograph(s) purchased for online use in print media.
3. Print Use
DO NOT use any of the photograph(s) shared in this page or purchased for online use in print materials. If you wish to use any of the photograph(s) in print, please message your requirement and we will be happy to assist you. The usual fees (for a single file) are; for a 6 in x 4 in @ 300 dpi - Rs. 300/- (with minimal post-processing), 10 in x 8 in @ 300 dpi - Rs. 500/- (with minimal post-processing) and 18 in x 12 in @ 300 dpi - Rs. 1,250/- (with advanced post-processing, ready to print & frame). b) The files will be delivered in JPEG format at high quality settings. Higher image sizes will not be provided in digital format. Contact directly for pricing. c) When used in print/publications, photography credit should be given [Photo(s): Hari’s Photography] in the material, near to the photograph (or in a suitable location), in a proper way, in readable font size. d) Only images that have printable quality will be made available for printing purposes.
4. General Terms
The following terms are applicable to all the above cases. a) The prices are for using the photograph(s) and do not include the rights of the photograph(s). All images will remain the property of Hari’s Photography and buyers are not permitted to resale the photograph(s). b) All the above prices are charge for the photography work alone (including post-processing) and is not inclusive of any kind of usage / model release fee, which might be required to use them in online/print media. c) If a particular photograph contains identifiable personalities (especially in case of performance photographs), then it is the responsibility of the buyer / publisher (and not that of the photographer) to contact them and get prior permission to use them in respective media. d) The photographs (shared or purchased) are strictly not to be used in salable merchandises like post-cards, stickers, badges etc. or in any other form.
5. Special Cases
a) In case you are an artist featured in any of the collections or the organizer of an event featured; we are happy to share any 2 photographs(s) from the album, at 10 in x 8 in @ 200 dpi size in JPEG format. In return the artist / organization is expected to share the page and introduce the page to more art enthusiasts. b) If an artist is interested to have more photographs they may choose to purchase via placing an order. As they are the artists performed, they will be given 20% discount for images for print use (rates as given in section #3) and 10% discount for images for online use (rates as given in section #2). c) We do love to donate photographs to organizations and clubs promoting art and art-forms. Credit should be given whenever and wherever the photograph(s) is/are used. The club / organization is also requested to promote the page [https://www.facebook.com/pg/harisframes] by sharing it in their official page. d) Other terms of usage remain the same depending on the use case.
6. Removing Photographs
a) If any of the artist or identifiable personality featured in any of the photograph / album shared in this page wishes to remove their photograph / album, they may simply send a message and we will be happy to oblige
