At Toklai Tea Research Institute, Jorhat, I got to hear directly from senior staff about tea history, cloning, and the tea-making process.

But one concern stood out—this historic institute is struggling due to funding issues.

A humble request to Assam Government and concerned departments to please support Toklai and protect this important part of Assam’s tea heritage. ❤️

Assam keeps surprising me in the best way.

Standing in front of Kareng Ghar, Sivasagar, felt like stepping straight into history. Built by the Ahom kingdom centuries ago, this place still carries that royal charm in every brick and every corner.

The silence here feels different… peaceful, powerful, and full of stories.

Places like this remind me why I love exploring India… every road leads to something unforgettable ❤️

From the timeless stone carvings of Bamuni Hills to the breathtaking views from Agnigarh overlooking the Brahmaputra… every corner felt beautiful, calm and full of history.
