*DDC Doda Reviews Progress of Road Projects Across the District*

_Directs Timely Completion of Works Within Stipulated Time_

Doda, June 16: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Doda, Sh. Krishan Lal, today chaired a comprehensive review meeting at the Conference Hall, DC Office Complex Doda, to assess the progress of ongoing road infrastructure projects being executed across the district.

During the meeting, officials from the concerned engineering departments presented detailed updates regarding the status of various road construction and upgradation works.

The review focused on project ex*****on, physical progress, adherence to timelines, and measures required to remove bottlenecks affecting implementation.

Detailed road-wise projects under Doda, Bhaderwah, Assar, Thathri and Gandoh divisions, along with other ongoing works across the district, were discussed and reviewed thoroughly.

The DDC emphasized the importance of strengthening road connectivity to promote socio-economic development and improve public access to essential services.

Stressing the need for efficient ex*****on, he directed all executing agencies and concerned officers to accelerate the pace of work and ensure completion of projects within the stipulated timeframe.

The DDC further instructed officers to maintain quality standards during ex*****on and ensure regular monitoring of works at the field level to achieve the desired outcomes.

The DDC also reviewed the situation arising from the recent floods in Thathri Division and directed the concerned authorities to expedite restoration and related road works to minimize inconvenience to the public.

The meeting was attended by Superintending Engineer (SE), PWD (R&B) Division Doda; Chief Planning Officer, Doda; Executive Engineers (XENs) of R&B Doda; Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs); and other concerned officers and officials.
