Panir bhujia ek lokpriya Bharatiya vyanjan hai jo panir, masalon, aur sabziyon se banaya jata hai. Yahaan ek saral recipe hai:
Saamagri:
- 250 gram panir, kate hue
- 1 medium pyaz, kati hui
- 2 medium tamatar, kate hue
- 1 hari mirch, kati hui
- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon haldi
- 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder
- Namak swad anusar
- 2 tablespoon tel
Vidhi:
1. Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein.
2. Jeera daalein aur uske baad pyaz daalein aur sunehra hone tak bhunein.
3. Tamatar, hari mirch, dhaniya powder, garam masala, haldi, lal mirch powder, aur namak daalein aur achhi tarah milayein.
4. Panir daalein aur achhi tarah milayein.
5. 5-7 minute tak pakayein ya jab tak panir achhi tarah se pak na jaye.
6. Garam-garam parosein.
Sujhav:
- Panir ko kate samay uske tukdon ko barabar rakhein taaki vah achhi tarah se pak sake.
- Tamatar ko kate samay unhein achhi tarah se mash karein taaki vah achhi tarah se pak sake.
- Panir bhujia ko garam-garam parosein taaki vah achhi tarah se swadisht lage.
