Shout out to all the coffee lovers out there. Bean’d in ShahpurJat, who brew their own coffee is where you should be heading. Chetan, the owner of this warm and vibrant little coffee shop, who btw is a coffee ju**ie himself, started this place with the sole purpose to serve people authentic coffee and to create a space which people can call their own. Literally concealed in a gloomy lane, it’s one of those hidden gems which need to be discovered and appreciated. Within no time, this place has created a niche audience for themselves simply because of their attention to detail. Hygiene is given due importance while preparing everything and their sandwiches, which can be customized, shouldn’t be missed at all. What’s more? It’s super affordable.

Flamingo is a fairly new addition to the family of ShahpurJat. It’s a super tiny, quaint cafe which serves high-end tea and cakes. It’s the perfect place to visit after a session of some serious shopping in the quirky and chic stores. The décor,with little flamingos dancing on the walls, quirky wall frames, and extremely colourful furniture, is what grabs one’s attention. They also have a tiny outdoor seating, with is perfect for evenings. Apart from high-end tea and cakes, they also serve sandwiches and beverages. So we suggest, if you’re coming to ShahpurJat to shop, definitely visit this super cute cafe afterwards.

This boutique-cum-cafe is blissfully concealed in the bylanes of ShahpurJat. Owned by a family, this cafe is full of colours and done up in a rather artistic way. With walls that are subjugated by a fine shade of white, sculptural interiors and hangings made from waste material, the decor though minimalistic, stands out. It’s essentially a coffee shop but do serve some palatable meals too. They also indulge in healthier options apart from the usual, which are quite budget-friendly too. Talk of hidden gems and you’ll realize that ShahpurJat has them in abundance. Cafe red, one such unique jewel, is located at the end of a narrow tunnel-ish lane on the Dada Jungi House lane, which is best known for its elegant designer stores.
Dominated by red interiors and a touch of subtle white, the decor is eye-catching. You’ll be able to spot a lot of business professionals here, as this place also has a co-working section. You can also get your hands on old travel journals and magazines, which are tucked away in their secluded racks or perhaps indulge in a gaming session.

Situated right in the middle of one of the hippest neighbourhoods of Delhi, is The Shoe Garage or more popularly referred to as TSG. This store offers a wide range of designer shoes and accessories. Their USP is that they make customized footwear and offer designs you won’t find anywhere else in the city.
