Hello everyone very very warm evening to you all.
This is what I wrote in my own words, Apologies if I hurt anyone but
I want to bring in front of everyone. Please support or suggest me.
When two people a man and a woman get married its a beautiful moment family friends and relatives all get together to give best wishes to couple 👫 in beginning of their new journey.
It is very very happy to say that what a beautiful great nice moment. As per Indian gov. After marriage both couple get registered. And get legally married.
But I would like to know who is responsible after marriage if for whatever reasons within a month or months problems occur between both when it comes to the point where both wants to take a decision of getting divorce or want to get separated.
If woman wants to file a case against man and ask for (alimony, maintenance,cash and property) who's fault it is t man or woman? please tell me. After that even in court Judge also asks about maintenance to pay woman why?. We all know that woman are having lots of rights because they are woman. But now when I say not some but mostly newly couple getting divorce and year years they just keep fighting to claim but blaming harassment. They have started taking advantage of gov laws and making business to make money.
I just want to ask everyone please help me out Make a laws before getting marry both the party groom and bride should be registered (claim) a file in court in front both parties that how much they spend how much they have given gold or give the receipt in court . If woman gives divorce what she able to ask from man (how much money she gets how much maintenance she can get/how much amount alimony she can get from man after putting divorce file.) or if man is deciding to give divorce to woman then what he should able give to woman against divorce file.
In this case no will be happy but both want to fight and pay bulk of money to lawyers. And court it self keep asking to man pay amount to woman this is not acceptable. If the person is not in the position to work after having receiving divorce file by the woman. How man get frustrated upset harassment because of law which are very soft for women's and gives them levy. What man will do after in this stage?
Please make a law to save both bride and groom. Make a claim mentioned file registered before marriage so both the party will think before putting divorce file on among each other.
