"The smallest feline is a masterpiece."
~Leornado Da Vinci

On a fine Friday, I went to a place called 'Place to bark'. The place is run by a 22 years old boy named Zabi. He rescues abandoned animals and gives them shelter. Commendable job I would say and it needs a lot of empathy and sympathy.
Thinking of abandonment, how could someone abandon such a lovely friendly feline. How could anyone do this? Shame on such spineless being!
A request: Do not buy animals! It promotes animal trading. If you want to pet one, then there are countless number of homeless animals out there. Adopt one!

The Bhutanatha group of temples is a cluster of sandstone shrines dedicated to the deity Bhutanatha, in Badami town of Karnataka state, India. There are two major temples here. Temple No.1, on the east side of the lake, called the Bhutanatha temple has a superstructure that resembles early South Indian style or North Indian style with its open mantapa (hall or Veranda) extending into the lake, while the smaller Temple No.2 on the north-east side of the Agasthya lake, sometimes called the Mallikarjuna group of temples, has a stepped superstructure, commonly found in Kalyani Chalukya constructions. The inner shrine and mantapa (hall) of Temple No.1 were constructed in the late 7th century, during the reign of the Badami Chalukyas. While the outer mantapa, facing the Badami tank, was completed during the rule of the Kalyani Chalukyas of the 11th century. Hence the Bhutanatha temple contain architectural forms from different periods.

As the epicenter of Hampi's attractions, Vittala Temple is the most extravagant architectural showpiece of Hampi. No amount of words can explain this spectacle. The temple is built in the form of a sprawling campus with compound wall and gateway towers.

Vittala, after whom the temple is known, is a form of lord Vishnu. This aspect of Vishnu was worshiped in this part of the country as their cult deity by the cattle herds.

Islam architecture has always fascinated me. The flawless design of these forts have endured mother nature's wrath and are still standing. Such was the level of engineering back then.
For knowledge sharing, I would add a piece of information. This fort was captured by the Delhi-Daulatabad sultan Mohammed Bin Tughlaq in 1321-22 AD.

Flying at 38,000 feet, I never expected a tiny camera to capture such a fabulous picture. This tiny retina captured a lake on the earth's crust. Technology has evolved so much. I have seen the days of VGA. Today we have pocket DSLRs.
