'Nature abhors a vacuum'. As the social life has been drained from our weekends then it had to be replaced with something else, and it seems that this something else in my case is photographing anything new and shiny I can find around the house. Before & After - Sometimes clients change their mind after I have set the scene for the next shot, and they want the lunch time restaurant setup to be shot as a cosy evening dining scene instead... at 12 noon - the brightest time of the day. Then we make it happen for them, as the customer is always right. Within limits of what's physically possible of course.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! Working with Pura Flow Systems and a number of hotels during their decontamination process for re-opening in July. The exciting part of this technical challenge was to photograph a process that is usually labour intensive and "messy" in an aesthetically pleasing environment, at the same time. By using this specific machine it takes only 90 seconds to finish a room with the electrically charged decontamination spray, which leaves areas as neat as we found them and ready for public use after 5 minutes.

Adjusting to working in Covid conditions..
Even though product photography isn't a key part of my services, but when I was contacted by this local Limerick startup and I heard about their innovative new product, which is designed with only one purpose in mind - to save people's lives - then I just had to get involved and do my best and try to create images that represent this product in best possible light.
