Solar Eclipse 2026.

I know.. I know… these aren’t great images but thought I’d share some of the partial eclipse with the moon covering 94% of the sun.

The vast majority of us won’t see the next one that will occur in 64 years time or in 2090 so for me it’s my first and last time photographing it. 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

Capturing a Swallow gliding through light rain.

These birds fly at speeds of 50–65 km/h, making this one of my most challenging shots to date. After countless attempts and dialing in a fast 1/3200s shutter speed, persistence finally won 🤷‍♂️📸.

A brief, weightless pause frozen in time along a quiet summer riverbank. This frame captures a wild bumblebee hovering mid-air, milliseconds away from dropping its landing gear onto the pink, slipper-shaped bloom of a wild Himalayan Balsam. 🌸

Surrounded by deep, enveloping woodland shadows, the natural light catches the delicate blur of the insect’s wings and the fine, pollen-dusted textures of its frame, transforming a routine moment of micro-foraging into a dramatic visual study of balance and instinct.
